It came back for us! The Keep...
Gheralf says:
This is the place where the Beast Lord abducted us from! We were just on our way to a statue we heard was somewhere around here, when the world went black on us.
Did he come back for us? Has he been waiting here the whole time? Does he exist just to torment us?
I kind of want to find out and kind of don’t.
Vayandil says:
I had no recollection whatsoever until now that I was wide awake when we got hauled to the Keep. Lucky for you readers I guess, since I could draw truthfully at least the general details. Actually, now that I think about it, lucky for me too: now I finally know where the nightmares of metal bars constantly invading my field of view came from. It had been nagging me all this time!
