#177 Derby BabiesNovember 15, 2019
The ranch is covered in white fluff. Fifi has his hands full cleaning it up.
However, this specific pile right here requires no touching.
When midday comes, the derbies begin honking, and the true nature of the pile is revealed:
Napping derby babies!
The little fellows are practically blind at this point, so they need guidance.
Thus the parents demonstrate us their highly developed vocal organs to generate the best of guiding honks!
I had fun hanging out with the chicks.
When we asked Fifi what he does with all the fluff, he simply shrugged silently. When we asked if they would make good pillow stuffing, his eyes suddenly lit up.
