A stone tile with a message tied to it plummets down. It crashes through a roof, just beside a baby enjoying a lollipop.
Narration: The lofty. Living comfortably in their sky-high houses.

The tile bounces from a table out a window and lands hard on a wooden platform, almost crushing a herder's rats.
Narration: Along the wall of the Stately Tower. Secluded from the rest of the city. And untouched by Das Law that governs everyone else.

The tile continues falling.
Narration: Except on days like these.

The tile lands square on top of an owl person's head. Three bystanders freeze in shock of the impact.
Narration: When the outside world comes knocking. And then barges in through the roof.
