#195 Snappy Shaft
March 20, 2020Transcript
As elegant as the parking burrow is, the villagers are plagued by regular traffic jams due to people going up and down the same narrow tunnel.
The villagers have already come up with a solution: separate the traffic to those who are on foot and those who are riding derbies.
Pedestrians use a new shaft to move up and down. Derby riders keep using the old spiraling tunnel.
The shaft reduces traveling distance by a huge margin because it goes straight down! So clever! So snappy! It’s a “snappy shaft”!
The villagers say the climbing ropes are just a temporary solution until they implement “the elevators”. We don’t really get it. It’s working perfectly, right?
Gheralf says:
The villagers call it the “elevator shaft”.
I don’t get it.
...
Any way you look at it, it’s a snappy shaft.
Vayandil says:
I think I injured my brain trying to illustrate how the snappy shaft connects to the parking levels along with the derby way spiralling around the whole thing. I hope it is not too confusing.
