DLEP has a bunch of essential guidelines for troubled citizens.
For example, “There’s nothing that cannot be solved by throwing a bunch of guards at it.”
Guideline: “Should we fail, snack time is cancelled.”
Narration: Sorry about your snacks, guys.
Guideline: “If your problem is not solved, you probably need to keep filling forms.”
Narration: What next? Jesters?
Guideline: “Don’t be a hero – call DLEP! Improper problem handling causes unnecessary injuries.”
Narration: Well, maybe they’re right, but we’re desperate here.
Gheralf says:

I am a little nervous to draw anything beyond the last panel – what if we are doing something illegal here and my illustrations end up testifying against us? At least that is the impression I get, for the DLEP guideline is written so strict.
But, we are obligated to document, so I should shed my fears and keep drawing. For the public has the right to know how our city and the authority works!

He’s still not sure whether he hit the wall or actually went through the strange glowing green portal, but either way, he’s determined to fight his way back home and finish the race.
