Steve: The jollyhoots got angry. (In fact, they were absolutely fuming!) They demanded the workbirds move to this pile of rocks… (And it was a big pile!) …in the center of the town!

Stygian Lord: To a senile person the distant past is the present. That is all he remembers. He lives in a state of haziness, where many things conflict with what he knows. Much like if you were dreaming.

Steve: But what they didn’t know was that there was a family living in that pile of rocks. (How is it even possible not to know that?!) (They were right there!)

Stygian Lord: Looking at the world through such haziness feels confusing, weird and scary. It makes you wary and uncertain. So to make him comfortable...

Stygian Lord: …we have to take him back to the past. To his precious childhood.

Stygian Lord

And so, I had to meet and study a lot of old hoots to understand what makes them tick.
