Stygian Lord: Next: Sharpie, I need you to contact your “family”.
Sharpie: ...Top Hat’s already here.
Stygian Lord: I know. I mean the other one.

Stygian Lord: Cacko and the Mad Lord will enter the Slums. Thanks to you lot arranging a Gathering Festival in the east, the west side should be mostly empty. That allows us to control what happens there.

Sharpie, thinking: So makin’ us distract the hobos with cards was part of his plan, too...
Stygian Lord: It is here, in the Slums, where the show begins. And your family fits perfectly as the opening act.

“Hello. Did you know you can be an official citizen of Buffet?”

Stygian Lord

Stygian Lord says:

It’s been a long time, so let me give you a little refresher about hobos and their families.

Usually unrelated by blood, each family consists of just a handful of friends, like-minded individuals, or just random people who bumped into each other on the streets. These few people in the family hang out together and usually share a roof (or at least a common resting place) and do their best to distribute tasks among themselves so they don’t starve.

Sharpie formed such a family for himself in the Slums. But as you have already seen, these are not your average bumbling citizens.
